Because he's hungry. Drew that little tiger character again... fishing with an apple. He's so cute, inne? Still needs a name, though... me and one of my friends thought one up, but we forgot it almost instantly after. Oh well. I reeeally don't like the clouds in this, but oh well. I'm quite proud with the rest of the picture. I seem to have this thing where I can't stop drawing water.
This pic kinda reminds me of that place in the Artisans world.. where the balloonist is.
