I always forget to say it, but it's done in Photoshop Elements 2.0, though any photoshop will give yo the same effect.

It's user friendly, I find. And, yus. That be the brush. I'm sure many others do, but that one is awesome.

It's actually useful (even though I don't use photoshop). I always have problems shading, when a character has markings.

Woo, I'm glad it's done in Elements, I always have to figure out a different way to do something when people make tutorials in a higher version. : faint:
