A well-designed and detailed piece. It never ceases to impress me that even some of the simplest concepts can look great if their execution is done well.

The detail in the image looks great. The birds feather's are well drawn and you can almost imagine the bird fluttering its wings as it sits on its perch. Its eye shines and you can still see small reflections in them, which looks great. Even the details in its beak look great and are well depicted in the image. The branch looks decent, but it almost feels like their should be more of it, like maybe the end or the trunk of the tree. But that's just nit-picking.

Atmospheric lighting looks great and really make me feel like I'm looking at a cloudless sunny sky. The progressive glowing on the bird and the branch look great as they point to the direction of the light. The shadows cast by both the bird and the tree are well done and are even proportioned well with both the angle of the off-screen sun and the objects themselves.

All in all the piece is well done and has earned its Daily Deviation. Congratulations *Ayem and here's to many more great creations.
