Taking advantage of my bodged-up mouse, I wanted to try something... more free. More emphasis on form. I thought I'd try to do a remake of [link] in a style similar to [link]
I like how it turned out. i hope it looks okay on everyone's screens! I have two different screens, and it looked really pale on one, and really high contrast on the other. SO I dunno. I couldn't see any facial detail on one screen... I hope you see some. Nyaha... those waves look funy. Almost like mountains. Ah well... Oh noes! I forgot to smudge some of the clouds! Again, oh well. Advanced crit on, as usual, but I studied this for a while after I finished it, so bear in mind I prolly know a lot of the things wrong. |

I really have no crits for this - except maybe add some white highlights to the horizon on the water by the sun to make it "pop." But other than that everything about this piece is wonderful.
You don't even notice the unsmudged clouds.

Man, why haven't they had a real, live Chozo in any of those games? The closest we got were those living statues (Super Metroid) and the corrupted Chozo Ghosts (Metroid Prime). -_-
